Directions:

From Sylva take Hwy 107 South and go past Walmart and Lowe’s.  Go through the traffic lights at both Ingle’s and Burger King and turn left at the next light onto Old Cullowhee Road.  Go approximately 3 miles and you’ll see a 35 mph sign, apartments & restaurants.  When you cross a bridge, turn right immediately & you’ll be in front of Suds Your Duds Laundromat.  The Music Village is next door in the same building and has a green awning.

Directions:

From N. Haywood Street or Main Street downtown, turn onto Church Street.  Turn into the parking lot for The Gateway Club (across from Lomo Grill.  There is a street sign for Montgomery Street there.)  Go through the parking lot and turn left into the next one.  You will see The Fitness Connection in front of you.  We will be inside the door to the right.
